Creating a report
A monitoring report is a PDF built from the teachers you monitored on a visit. For each teacher it lists their teacher questions and their lesson observation. You can generate one during the visit, right after completing it, or later from the completed visit.
Where you can create a report
Section titled “Where you can create a report”- During the visit: inside a teacher’s monitoring card, tap Create Report (next to Reset). This builds a report for that one teacher.
- Right after completing: the Complete Visit screen shows a Create a Visit Report card listing the visit’s teachers. Tick one or more and tap Create Report. You can create several reports, one after another.
- From a past visit: open the completed visit and, on the COMPLETED VISIT tab, use the same Create a Visit Report card.
- From a teacher’s profile: a teacher’s monitoring history has a Create Report action for each past visit.
Generating and sharing
Section titled “Generating and sharing”Once you tap Create Report, the app builds the PDF and opens it in a preview. Tap Send Report to open the device share sheet and send the file (email, messaging, Drive, and so on).
