The country dashboard
When you open a country, you land on its dashboard. This is the home page for a single country: it gives you the headline figures across the top, a row of tabs for the different kinds of reporting, and, by default, the Training page underneath. Country officials always land here.
The header figures
Section titled “The header figures”Across the top of every country page you have the country name and three live figure tiles:
- Visits
- Internal Evaluations
- Trainings
These load as you open the page. The Internal Evaluations tile only appears for countries that run internal evaluations; if there are none it hides itself.
The tabs
Section titled “The tabs”The tab bar runs across the country dashboard. The exact tabs you see depend on your role, but the full set is:
| Tab | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Training | Training figures and the trainings table. See Country trainings. |
| Monitoring Activity | Visits, observations and assessments activity. Described below. |
| Impact | Pupil and teacher results against targets. See Impact. |
| Assessment Data | The assessment data explorer for the country. |
| Regions tab | A list of the country’s regions. This tab is named with your country’s own word for regions, so the label varies. |
| Monthly Report | A single month at a glance. See Monthly report. |
| Legacy | The older interface for the country, kept for reference. |
The Monitoring Activity page
Section titled “The Monitoring Activity page”Monitoring Activity is one of the country tabs. It pulls together everything that has been recorded in the country and lets you narrow it to a period.
All Time Monitoring Activity
Section titled “All Time Monitoring Activity”At the top is an All Time Monitoring Activity block of key figures, covering everything recorded in the country regardless of period. For countries that run internal evaluations, an Internal Evaluations figure appears here too.
The period selector
Section titled “The period selector”A floating period dropdown lets you pick a year, a term, or your own start and end dates. The counters and chart below it reload for the period you choose.
Period counters
Section titled “Period counters”For the period you selected, a row of counters shows:
- School Visits
- Teacher Observations
- Pupil Assessments
- Active Monitors
- Active regions (counted using your country’s word for regions)
An internal evaluations count joins this row, next to Teacher Observations, when the selected period contains internal evaluations. Each counter loads on its own as you open the page.
Daily Monitoring Activity
Section titled “Daily Monitoring Activity”The Daily Monitoring Activity chart shows the number of monitoring forms submitted each day across the period. When the selected period contains internal evaluations, the chart splits into two tabs, School Visits and Internal Evaluations; otherwise you see the visits chart on its own.
Leaderboard and map
Section titled “Leaderboard and map”At the bottom, a projects leaderboard sits next to a districts map. The leaderboard ranks the country’s regions by activity and shows the busiest at the top. Use the See Complete List link to open the full, sortable leaderboard, described in Leaderboards. The map shades each district by how much activity it has recorded.
