Printing forms
The dashboard can produce a printable, paper version of a form for monitors who need to work offline. These are read-only views laid out for printing; nothing on them can be edited.
You reach them from the Print dropdown and the Print Form buttons on the form views and the Form Configuration page. There are three printable forms.
The three printable forms

Section titled “School Form”Opened from the Print dropdown on the school form or the Print Form button on its Form Configuration page. It has two sections:
- School Questions
- Head Questions
Teacher Form
Section titled “Teacher Form”Opened with Print Form from a Teacher Form Specification. It has two sections:
- Teacher Questions
- Lesson Observation
Pupil Form
Section titled “Pupil Form”Opened with Print Form from a Pupil Form Specification. It has one section:
- Pupil Questions
How questions appear on paper
Section titled “How questions appear on paper”Each question prints as a titled card with its text and any guidance. How the answer area looks depends on the question’s input type:
- Name, Text, Number, Date and Phone Number print a blank box to write the answer in.
- Teacher Role prints the country’s list of teacher roles to choose from.
- Single Select and Multi Select print their list of options.
- Section Header and Photo questions print no answer area.
These printable views are read-only. To change what appears on them, edit the underlying form in Form Configuration.
