Account Details

Use this section to check your account details (name, PIN, phone number, app version, account ID) and to log out when you’re done.

Viewing your details

1. Open the home menu

From the Jolly Monitor Home screen, tap the three-dot menu in the top right corner.

2. Tap App Details

In the menu that appears, tap App Details.

3. Read your details

A small modal shows your account info and the installed app version.

App Details is read-only. To change your name, phone, PIN or ID, contact your project lead. To update the app version, install the latest version from the Play Store or the Apple Store.

Logging out

Sync before you log out

Logging out deletes every local change that has not been synced to the server. If you have a Sync Needed banner on the home screen, run a sync first or your work is gone for good. See Sync & Data for details.

1. Open the home menu

From the home screen, tap the three-dot menu in the top right corner (same as above).

2. Tap Logout

In the menu, tap Logout at the bottom.

3. You’re back at the login screen

The app signs you out and returns to the login screen, ready for the next user.

To use the app again, enter your Phone or Email and Password or PIN, then tap Login.
